Dear Members,

Please mark your calendars for our Fall Member Meeting on Sunday, September 20, beginning at 3:00 p.m. This important gathering will provide members with an opportunity to review and vote on several significant matters affecting the future of our Club.

The formal presentation will begin at 4:00 p.m. and will include discussion of updated By-Laws (summary and full document), the creation of a Club Operating Reserve Fund, and approval of a new autonomous mower lease. These topics, along with updates on the overall health of our Club, are critical to our continued success and require an informed vote from the membership.

The relevant documents are enclosed below for your advance review so that members may attend the meeting prepared to ask any necessary questions and cast an informed vote. Given the significance of these matters, the meeting will not include a line-by-line review of each item.

We encourage all members to attend, participate, and arrive prepared to consider these important items with a full understanding of their purpose and long-term impact.
